Step 2: Complete the Global University Forms.
These forms must be downloaded and filled out. They can not be completed online.

Undergraduate Application

Ministry Scholarship Application
•
Ministry Scholarship Recommendation (to be filled out by a reference)
•
Academic Release Form (Appendix J)
Step 3: Complete the Financial Agreement form.
Step 4: Review the Catalyst Vow.
Step 5: Complete the Catalyst Questionnaire.
Step 6: Have a Pastor from your home church complete the Pastoral Reference form and fax it or mail it to our church office.
Step 7: Include a recent photo of yourself.
Step 8: Send copy of High School or College Transcripts.
Step 9: Include payment of a $25 non-refundable check.
